Acting as a pick-up and drop off point, riders may pre-arrange with the operator for a variety of e-bikes and scooters to be delivered to or dropped off whenever access to one of the store rental locations is not feasible during regular operating hours. This provides riders with the convenience of not having to watch the clock and to scramble to make it back to their original host location.

Your operator will have you read and accept the online ReeBike Rider Rental Agreement after creating a free account profile, show and upload your valid ID to your My Profile page, ensure you have prepaid the related Security Deposit and rental fees, provide some basic operating instructions, and then hand over the ride that you have booked. When you return to the point of rental, the operator will examine the bike for damage, complete an Equipment Status Checklist, and request a refund of your deposit within 48 hours less any applicable associated fees.

NOTE: If you are dropping off a ride picked up from another location within 20 km of the operator, you will need to pay a $20 Alternate Location Return Fee to the host to cover the costs of delivery to the originating rental location.
