How to Book a Ride
Welcome to our online reservation and booking page where you can schedule a ride for immediate use or for a date in the future. Be sure to have several pieces of information ready BEFORE proceeding with this booking widget.
To get started, you will need to register for a FREE user account (click Login or MENU then Login from your mobile device and then choose Sign-up to create a new account). Your personal user profile allows you to store and track vital contact information, upload your proof of ID, enter your referral coupon codes to earn valuable discounts, track your purchases, manage your bookings, enroll in valuable membership plans, earn loyalty Re-Wards that can be used for future purchases, and view other members-only pages.

Click on each tab below in sequence and complete the requested information to book your ride.
Review Our Rental Fleet page to select the type of equipment you wish to book. Under the Equipment Inventory section, make note of the Unit ID and Unit Name of the device, as well as the Current Host Location where the unit is available for pick-up. This information will be important in selecting the unique ID for the piece of equipment you are reserving when using this booking form.
Once you have chosen a Unit ID (e.g. RB-21) or Price Tier (e.g. Platinum) of the ride you wish to book, select the matching price tier below. Only units available under each tier category will show in the booking widget. Note: there are two options for each price tier. Choose the first option to book a ride of any duration. If you have a monthly 1hr membership plan, you must choose from a plan ending with 1hr (by plan only) as these options are used to apply your monthly credit allocation to each 1hr ride booked.

After clicking on Book Now, a pop-up will appear allowing you to select a rental duration from 1hr to 3 days. Scrolling down that page, you can see several optional Add-ons and Extras to add to the shopping cart. These can also be chosen later using the Shop tab.
