WELCOME

Welcome to our online reservation and booking page where you can schedule a ride for immediate use or for some date in the future. Be sure to have several pieces of information ready BEFORE proceeding with this booking widget.

To get started, you will need to FIRST register for a FREE user account (click Login [or MENU then Login from a mobile device] and then choose Sign-up to create a new user account). Your personal user profile allows you to store and track vital contact information, upload your proof of ID, enter your referral coupon codes to earn valuable discounts, track your purchases, manage your bookings, enroll in valuable membership plans, earn loyalty Re-Wards on each booking that can be used for future purchases, and view other members-only pages on our site.

Click on each tab below in sequence and complete the requested information to book your ride.

Follow these 5 Steps

1: Review Our Inventory

Review Our Rental Fleet page to select the type of equipment you wish to book. Under the Equipment Inventory section, make note of the Unit ID and Unit Name of the device, as well as the Current Host Location where the unit is available for pick-up. This information will be important in selecting the unique ID for the piece of equipment you are reserving when using this booking form. If you are reserving from a host location, this information will be on the QR-coded label located on the side or top of the rental unit frame.

2: Read Rental Agreement

All riders must read and agree to the ReeBike Rental Agreement which sets out the terms and conditions of rental. In the booking widget, you must check the box that verifies that you have read and accepted the terms as stated. Do this EACH TIME you rent an e-ride from RMSL as the terms and conditions may change without notice. The current posted version is the presiding document.

4: Book a Ride

Have any coupon or discount code ready to apply to earn any relevant discounts you may qualify for on this rental. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to a completed booking.
You will also need a valid credit card with at least $550 of available credit room to make a purchase or reservation on this system. $50 for the rental and $500 for the refundable deposit.
Choose the appropriate Rental Tier service option below that relates to the price tier of the unit you wish to reserve. For example, unit RB-1 is a Silver tier option.
If you have a Frequent Rider Membership, you must select one of the 1-Hour options listed below as these are the only plans that can be used with your monthly prepaid credits. Click the Read More link under each option to learn about how membership plans apply to each service option.
Choose any additional upgrade options such as helmets, vests, cameras, insurance premiums, etc. from the popup widget under the add-ons section. You may also do this later online using the Shop tab or at the host location using the host's Square card swipe reader (where available).
NOTE: ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL, NON-CANCELLABLE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If you miss your booking time, simply contact us to plead your case and we may issue a whole or partial credit at our sole discretion. Missed pickup times mean your reservation sits idle while others could be riding. Please be on-time or notify us in advance if you can't make it!

5: Pay Security Deposit

NOTE: ALL e-mobility bookings require us to authorize and collect a $500 Refundable Security Deposit on every rental. After completing your rental booking, return here and click the orange Pay Security Deposit button at the top of this page or visit the Shop tab to add it to your shopping cart. This is best done now in case the location host does not have a reliable internet connection or access to the payment widget. The deposit is processed as a separate tax-exempt transaction and to simplify the refund procedure post trip.

To Pay later or at the time of pickup from the host, follow the same steps. You can opt to pay the security deposit later online using the Shop tab or at the location using the host's Square card swipe reader (where available).

Booking Widget

Once you have selected the Unit ID (e.g. RB-21) or Price Tier (e.g. Platinum) of the ride you wish to book, select the corresponding price tier below. Only units available under each tier category will show in the booking widget. Note: there are two booking options for each price tier. Choose a Round badge option in the grey section to book an Open ride of any duration.

However, if you have a monthly 1hr membership plan, you must Choose a Square badge option in the green section below to book a 1hr ride from your plan or lower using one credit. The 1hr (by plan only) options are used to apply one monthly credit to each ride booked.

After clicking on Book Now, a pop-up will appear allowing you to select a rental duration from 1hr to 3 days (defaults to 1hr in the membership plan options). Then, scrolling down that pop-up page, you will see several optional Add-ons and Extras to add to the shopping cart. These can be added now or chosen later using the Shop tab.

NOTE: In the popup windows and pages that appear after choosing a Rental Tier, all references to "Staff Member" refer to a Rental Unit such as an e-bike or scooter. This is a current labeling limitation of the platform software.
