Booking Calendar Instructions

To book a ride with ReeBike, you may choose from one of the following 3 selection options. Simply select the tab for detailed instructions of each method.

Choose a Unit ID

There are several ways to book the ride you previously selected from Our Rental Fleet page or by scanning a unit's QR code at a host location. Easiest method: use the Filter by drop-down selector to choose the Unit ID. Next, select the date and time that you wish to start your ride. Only available times will appear for selection. Under the Rental Details section, you can preview your choice by clicking on More details. Click Edit if you want to adjust your time duration or add options such as the damage deposit, insurance options, or accessories such as helmets, locks, vests, and cameras. Click NEXT to proceed to the Reservation & Booking Form.

Choose by Time

If you have not yet selected a particular Unit ID or host location, you may use the browse by Time method: Simply select a desired starting Date and Time for your ride. Under the Available Options section, you can then choose either an available pickup Location or a specific rental Unit ID. Greyed out options under the Location or Unit ID fields indicate that the two filters have narrowed the choices available. Simply click the Clear button to reset the filters to expand your search again. When clicking a specific Unit, the pick-up location will be auto-selected. Under the Rental Details section, confirm your choice by clicking on More details. Click Edit if you want to adjust your time duration or add options such as the damage deposit, insurance options, or accessories such as helmets, locks, vests, and cameras. Click NEXT to proceed to the Reservation & Booking Form.

Choose a Location

If you have not yet selected a particular Unit ID or host location, you may use the browse by Location method: click the Filter by drop-down selector to choose only ONE preferred pickup Location. Next, select the starting Date and Time for your ride. Under the Available Options section, you can then choose an available rental Unit ID. Under the Rental Details section, confirm your choice by clicking on More details. Click Edit if you want to adjust your time duration or add options such as the damage deposit, insurance options, or accessories such as helmets, locks, vests, and cameras. Click NEXT to proceed to the Reservation & Booking Form.
